CrazeLabs reads the name, version and author out of each mod and plugin in your install, even the ones that are switched off. It also tells you when a mod from Thunderstore has a newer version.

Craze mods like the camera ship inside CrazeLabs, encrypted. There's no plain mod file to copy, and a copy wouldn't run on its own anyway.
Open the Craze Mods page and switch on Craze's Camera. Nothing is written to your game folder yet.
CrazeLabs puts the mod in with a short-lived signed token, then starts BONELAB.
The mod comes back out. If you start BONELAB from Steam instead, it stays off.
